20/20: 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training.
Body Sculpt: A class using equipment such as barbells, body bars, tubes, stability balls and body weight for muscle strengthening, sculpting and toning. A total body workout for muscle toning.
Boot Camp: Traditional calisthenics alternating weight training and cardio intervals.
Core Training: A class using Thera-balls, weights, tubes, and body bars.
Kick Jam: A high intensity cardio class using cardio kickboxing style moves choreographed to fun and upbeat music.
Qi-Boxing – Boot Camp Style: Works on creating Qi (chi) flow through controlled breathing techniques, combined with a boxers training regimen. Various strength and cardio exercises incorporated with boxing skills training.
Qi-Boxing: Circuit workout utilizing boxer training regimen, jump rope, resistance training, etc. Some tai-chi movements for stretching.
TBC: “Total Body Conditioning” boot camp class designed for every participant.
Yoga/YogaFit: A workout focusing on flexibility and relaxation. Uses proper body alignment and increasing body awareness to improve coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength. Mats are available if needed.
Zumba: Part fitness – part dance party! A combination of international dance rhythms, including salsa, meringue, cumbia, reggeaton, samba, belly dance, flamenco and more!
